
Good communication. Easy to talk to. Not all executive team leaders seem as easily approachable.
The current team I'm in is very disconnected. We don't talk a lot or have common goals at all. So to be honest can't say that's there's the best thing about us as a team right now.
When I am not being pushed and indirectly pressured into tight deadlines. When my manager appreciates the complexity of the work I do. When my manager acknowledges my success and accomplishments and gives me a shout-out.
There's should be a transparent system for providing feedback about your manager. People who don't participate too much in Slack or company activities should be reached out to by the HR/ES team and checked to make sure they're happy too!
The base pay and profit-sharing/bonus. This year the company chose not to go with COL adjustments to salary even which was disappointing and only the top performers got raises/appraisals which. My manager told me that although I was "exceptional" I wasn't as exceptional still which was confusing.
