How employees describe working at Adorama
Adorama has terrible customer service. I am very angry and very frustrated because of how my issue with the expensive camera that I bought from Adorama has been handled.
Literally hours spent on the phone waiting to speak to someone to resolve a problem. Calls never returned. When I finally had someone call, he gave me a possibly fictitious name and said he didn't have a personal extension number. If you value your sanity, this is not for you.
I purchased light bulbs for our viewing booth and they were improperly packaged and broken upon delivery. Then had a hassle for reimbursement even though they did not have product to replace the original order.
Be helpful to a customer instead of dismissive of that customer's needs AND adhere to arrangements made on line for specific help with some specific photographic products.
Your advertising scheme of following me around internet with popup adds for products I've looked at is an outrage and totally unacceptable. I'm done with Adorama because I'm fed up with being played for a fool.
