Be helpful to a customer instead of dismissive of that customer's needs AND adhere to arrangements made on line for specific help with some specific photographic products.
Your advertising scheme of following me around internet with popup adds for products I've looked at is an outrage and totally unacceptable. I'm done with Adorama because I'm fed up with being played for a fool.

Honesty, fairness, convenience, and value.
Customer service is exceedingly poor. Multiple attempts at request fixes left me without any fixes and out a significant amount of money.
