What is the best part about your compensation package?Paid weekly and for all Jewish holidays
What is the best part about your compensation package?free 10,000 life and access to EAP
What makes you most happy at work?respect among co-workers to meet our goals
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Showing loyalty to loyal workers. Recognizing that certain people are using the company only as a stepping-stone to something else & are only interested in their own self-progression. Adorama was better when it really was a family business when we all cared about our customers' needs; not like today
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? To much emphasis on getting new customers and not enough on retaining the old ones - which I think is more important. There should be fair compensation for everyone whose work builds the business. Not just a select few.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? They should remember we are a team & that we are here for the customers. Not the other way around.
