Better Work Life balance. There are a lot of 'On Paper' benefits but they are hardly applied in real life.
I feel like being taken advantage of because the executives are quite stingy when it comes to Employee benefits but are ever ready to get benefits for themselves.
The top tier leadership is extremely competent at what they do but extremely self serving when it comes to the rewards with a lot of micro management and distrust towards employees.
