Very hard as bosses are very insecure and problematic.

Poor, no on-boarding except lots of paperwork to sign on various policies so that you are a slave like person. You cannot marry inside the company etc

There is not much time outside of work as they expect you to work all the time even weekends sometimes. But sometimes they take you for lunches and dinners, depends on the team.

Dont know, they dont like giving too many leaves actually. Work life balance is bad. A colleague got 2 weeks paternity leave once and after that he quit.
