Avoid favouritism and their extent level of egoistic attitude and change never listening behaviour

Highly political and incompetent management. Management needs to get up to International Standards. There are no proper systems in place, no training and everybody is trying to finger point at each other. The management also needs to be nice to its employees and not restrict their thinking.

They do not even know the names of there team members how pathetic it is

Make big promises but do not deliver, no proper training or employee development. Just petty politics and bad culture.

Company pays less and doesn't increase benefits even after inflation

Market equivalent salary while working in nights. Their is no work life balance yet your boss is never happy at the time of appraisal

avoid politics in everything and stop being mean and as helping other will not harm you much

Think about scalability and not putting all the code in one file.

Too much politics professional jealousy and bootlicking culture. Employees sometimes hide information from each other and favouritism is rife.

Very diverse and supportive of people at different stages of their career and place. You do need to be a self starter though to get the best of the business

some HOD needs to change because of their egoistic nature and favouritism behaviour and should listen to their employees as we makes it possible for you to earn that much else without us Afiniti is nothing

Hopeless to be honest. Stop toxic politics and improve work life balance, people are not machines. Develop employees and dont police them all the time.

Removal of unnecessary meetings. Meeting should be with predefined agenda and should adhere to timeliness instead of wasting 15 persons time for non issues

it was average process so its fine to continue with that but Afiniti is good at hiring but does not value their employees

Make it more difficult, i felt it was too easy.

make it short, very lengthy process. people should meet their teams or boss before they join

They should prepare and ask relevant questions rather than asking those which does not even make sense. There are lots of changes needs to be done at HR level

It is an insane amount of stress and politics, bad bosses, bad atmosphere in general.

Changing management can help improve work environment

There is no check and balance on AI team. They tweak the model and if its not delivering they start blaming others for it
