What kind of people does Afiniti like to hire?
They want to hire the best but incompetent and loser managers ruin them, too much high turnover. They like people who are good in marketing and making up good stories. They also like extremely intelligent people but it can backfire most of the times.
How can I get hired at Afiniti as a recent grad?
They love recent grads as they are so naive and dont know the reality of how toxic that place and management is. Pay will be better than market but only in Pakistan. I think US pays are below market. They look at university brands and marketing skills more than other things.
What is Afiniti's internship program like?
It is short I think 4 weeks. Underpaid. If you get a good department and boss then you will learn a bit but if you get bad then it is useless.
How are the career growth opportunities on the Operations team at Afiniti?
It depends, if your boss likes you and you have some know how then you will grow. But generally you wont learn much. Afiniti product is only for Afiniti and is not applicable elsewhere.
What do you wish you knew before starting at Afiniti?
I wish I had known my boss and the team/culture. If I had known that it was like a typical BPO or Call Center full of politics and incompetent management, I would have never worked there.
