Overall compensation is fair for time in role
Over siloed structure with unknown decision making capability
interview process lacks formality and no follow up
dedicated team that thrives on the past culture, high level of customer support, and cares for one another
decrease in quality of products, ongoing backorders due to inventory cut backs, and inability for executive team to take decisive action on known issues
Leadership team is indecisive and cannot make the critical decisions to move the organization forward or assist in providing the support to address the well known challenges
