Reza is the founder and chief executive officer of AAG, the nation’s leader in reverse mortgage lending, and an Orange County Top Workplace since 2013. AAG’s unparalleled brand platform is built upon its highly-recognized national advertising campaign featuring Emmy-award winning actor Tom Selleck. Reza serves as co-chairman of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association board of directors, the national voice of the reverse mortgage industry. Reza also serves as chairman of the board for Willow International, a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing and rescuing victims of human trafficking in Uganda. Prior to founding AAG, Reza was president and CEO for several healthcare service companies focused on imaging for the early detection of heart disease and cancer. Reza earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California.
