What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? They care about their employees - and work to provide opportunity for those who want to advance.
What do you like best about the leadership team? They are fully invested to making sure each employee succeeds. The amount of training and positive feedback is a huge part of why AAG is so great!
What is the best part about your compensation package?I haven't had to ask for a raise; my work was recognized and I was rewarded for it. That made it all the better to receive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? Not enough tenure to determine if the "juice is worth the squeeze". Time will tell.
