I don't necessarily feel undervalued. I think my Director does a great job of ensuring I am valued, respected, and appreciated. However, looking at competing wages, I don't think my wage is competitive to other places. The reason I stay is because of my director.

I know that team members below me make more than I do. My hourly is comparable to a processor and their bonus structure far outweighs managers and TL's. There are processors making 8K+ plus and we are lucky to clear $1500
