Executive Bio

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Ed is responsible for the day-to-day operations of AAG, including management of the P&L and ensuring key initiatives are well resourced and prioritized across the company. Ed joined AAG in 2021 with more than 30 years of combined professional and military leadership experience, most recently serving as COO of Genesis Financial Solutions. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Mortgage at USAA, Head of Mortgage at Fifth Third Bank, Senior Vice President, Servicing Operations at PHH Corporation, and Vice President of Operations at Genworth US Mortgage Insurance (formerly GE Financial Assurance). Ed earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Temple University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina.
