They did their job and keep the customer happy when delivering the product. I do get help finding things now it's a problem with doing it with my manager since the warehouse does not want to do it.

First we need to have meetings and work should be distributed fairly. I lost my finger while on the job and they wouldn't help me with anything. I didn't get compensation or anything...I was forced to come back to work and no modifications made that were equivalent to my position.
