New process is not good, but the old one was.
Interview process was improved, but not implemented to store managers. Better training, and a slideshow will not cut ut.
My team was pretty fantastic. I was over about 100 employees, and my problems was not with them. It was with the horrible leadership.
Field employees are fine and they work their buttons off. Anyone up in the corporate office are just dictators, and keyboard warriors. Expect 1 million emails, and to work on your very little time at home. I was on the road 5 days a week staying in hotels away from my family.
Change the pay back to how it was, and change insurance benefits back. Now it's double than what our old premiums were, and the benefits are worse. When an employee is very sick give them the time they need to recover rather than giving them 100s of things to do. Pay people correctly.
Better logistics on furniture delivery to stores. Better pay, and traveling benefits I put 30000 miles on my personal vehicle in 6 months traveling through 4 states to get to my stores. For what I was doing my take home pay was horrible. It would've been worth it if you didn't cut all regionals pay.
