


It is nice to receive a bonus based on profitability.
There is too much stress at work. I often dread getting up in the morning because I don't want to go in.
There needs to be more value placed on the human element. People who work the phones—even a call center enviroment—need lives and time off. Middle management should not feel so much pressure to micromanage and look at human beings as statistics first, people last.
My coworkers are good people. The culture is a bit stuffy at times—feels unreal, a bit like the Stepford wives some days—and the manager does a bit too much micromanaging.
