too many interviews with people who dont matter - not even sure what is being evaluated. the decision making is so slow.

My experience has been very good. Overall my manager is supportive, and strives to make sure I am happy with the work.
I do love my job here. I started out at entry level and have been given the chance to prove that I can do so much more,... I have grown to be an important 'cog' in the wheel.
