What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The entire group performed very poorly
managing people and quit showing favorites.
They are out of touch.
Building a culture, holding people accountable, and being human
Company needs to hire managers from outside and start hiring diverse people from all different background
Understanding exactly how their company functions.
Straight up communication. Quit lying to your employees.
Leading. In my experience the overwhelming majority simply were not respected by labor because they were paper tigers.

Stop stealing from the employees.
Stop discriminating agaisnt their own employees and keep politics out of the workplace, also stop trying to be politically correct and pandering to a democratic and liberal society... Everyone should feel welcome and not feel punished for thier personal beliefs and actions!
