being in person with someone I know, I started as a temp tho. Its different now.
I didn't even have much of one.
It was the most laid-back interview I've ever had. I felt like I hardly had to do anything to get hired, but this was just because I apparently was the personality type they were looking for so I fit in very quickly. I did hear from other employees it was a little more expensive for them.
It was very nice and my interview was just wonderful
I was recommended, and wanted to spend time more often with my family rather than making double $$ what Andersen could make me.
Review from Product Dept
well planned out and communication was on point
It was fair and never bias
They were very informative and kind
They cared about my answers
the benefits were much better 10-15 years ago.
They were all friendly, positive
Asking legitimate and constructive questions. Trust in the process.
Easy conversation, the flow of the interview, communication about the company and values, good questions about myself and experience.
you meet with multiple team members
too many interviews with people who dont matter - not even sure what is being evaluated. the decision making is so slow.
