The best ever out of all my jobs
They are a good team
openness to talk and listen. Good direction and making me feel welcomed.
Understanding, kindness, love, friendship and positivity
Values driven and care about people
managing people and quit showing favorites.
They are out of touch.
Building a culture, holding people accountable, and being human
Company needs to hire managers from outside and start hiring diverse people from all different background
Understanding exactly how their company functions.
The stock option. It used to be profit sharing but that has been slashed to minimal amounts.
I receive a pension but I understand they don't offer that anymore. What a surprise.
I feel like I am paid extremely well for the work that I put in with Andersen. I never imagined that I could make this kind of money, Or provide for my family in this way.
I get to work with my wife so we can have the same days off. I will do anything for her.

PTO and Bonus plan potential and retirement savings options.
Good annual increases and better stock programs
am just happy am out
Company continued to take away employee benefits. Profit sharing was reduced by 80% and the employees continue to pay for bad leadership decisions.
Money is secondary. Working for and with people who truly have integrity matters. There needs to be more than just money

We're overwhelmed with over time and on top of that they took away one of our breaks because they "think" it benefits production quantity. It doesnt. The employees that k ow multiple jobs should get paid more . Especially if they have been working there for several years.
There aren't many of us left. We don't have enough help out in the field. Territories are too large to work successfully.
We do our own thing and we have a district manager who does not leave his office and doesn't have a clue. But he's a good "yes" man to powers to be.
We are also different and diverse, but we all have very similar personalities and get along very well and work as a team
We work well together to make the best product
They have energy and willingness to learn and adapt. Open to challenging questions and improvement ideas
become more professional, know what good looks like, get trained
Get rid of the favoritisim and managmental apathy and actually try and get things DONE

Nothing cause they don't know any better
The knowledge I get from fellow employees. Not so much from leadership.
Everyone takes really good care of each other. There's a very low turnover rate so everyone has been here a very long time and it truly feels like family.
I wish I elaborate on the last question, but I really enjoy working with everyone from different backgrounds and heritage. Team work and family
Review from Product Dept
Jerks are not welcome, support and collaboration is expected
We all work together to meet end goals
wouldn't recommended any one to work
Supervisor never seems to care about his employees. Never standing up for his employees. Too eager to be a "yes man" to management instead of being fair to his employees. Never around to take of issues in the department. Seems to have no drive to show any support for his staff.
Mid level management is scared of telling the truth of market conditions in fear of them feeling weak. In my instance, my manager did not know the difference. He was a sales rep before being promoted to regional sales manager. Most RSM at AW are past sales reps that could not sell.
The greed and coruption is overwhelming.
being in person with someone I know, I started as a temp tho. Its different now.
I didn't even have much of one.
It was the most laid-back interview I've ever had. I felt like I hardly had to do anything to get hired, but this was just because I apparently was the personality type they were looking for so I fit in very quickly. I did hear from other employees it was a little more expensive for them.
It was very nice and my interview was just wonderful
I was recommended, and wanted to spend time more often with my family rather than making double $$ what Andersen could make me.
Review from Product Dept
too many interviews with people who dont matter - not even sure what is being evaluated. the decision making is so slow.
Winning a large job with high profits.
Dealing with the customers, working on solutions to opportunities.
Interacting With Andersen clients and seeing the difference, our products make in their lives
The people, the managers and everyone that works there
I have been uncomfortable since i started. I enjoy the interaction with customers the most. I also demonstrated to our new canvas team the "demo" and helped answer their questions as newhires, that was fun.
Compilation is lacking. They changed the pay structure and everything is done based on Merritt
Customers feel AW is hard and no fun to work with.
