The knowledge I get from fellow employees. Not so much from leadership.
Everyone takes really good care of each other. There's a very low turnover rate so everyone has been here a very long time and it truly feels like family.
I wish I elaborate on the last question, but I really enjoy working with everyone from different backgrounds and heritage. Team work and family
Review from Product Dept
Jerks are not welcome, support and collaboration is expected
We all work together to meet end goals
The company is very helpful
We work together a mainly get along
Compassionate leadership that care about our well being in this time of COVID.
The family feel: We're all in to help eachother as a whole. It could be just be making another pot of coffee, saying 'Thank you" and 'Good job!', to jumping in to carry a ladder, offering to take on a project,... everyone matters.
wouldn't recommended any one to work
Supervisor never seems to care about his employees. Never standing up for his employees. Too eager to be a "yes man" to management instead of being fair to his employees. Never around to take of issues in the department. Seems to have no drive to show any support for his staff.
Mid level management is scared of telling the truth of market conditions in fear of them feeling weak. In my instance, my manager did not know the difference. He was a sales rep before being promoted to regional sales manager. Most RSM at AW are past sales reps that could not sell.
The greed and coruption is overwhelming.
