Clueless CEO and terrible management. Turn over is skyrocketing, Tech is good and the people work hard.
Sales and SEs are paid when the customer pays, and only if you are employed, and company has no urgency to ensure payments are made on time.
Sales does not get paid commission until customer pays, and if you leave the company, you don't get anything unless the customer pays before you leave. Senior management has said they will pay, but has not followed through.
