
Feeling empowered to accomplish everything. Never feels like there's anything I can't do.
Seem nice and approachable. I've met most of the board and the CEO seems to be an approachable person.
I like them as people. No pretense, no egos, the causal chats are nice especially when we're all hunkered down trying to get things done.
I'd like to see a little more organization from management. The lack of structure can be nice but we get inconsistent and miss opportunities without structure.

Very casual and relaxed. There's little to no hierarchy, the egos are at a minimum - to the extent that they do exist they're endearing and easy to manage.
