They are cooperative and are always answerable

Networking issue which might be a challenge
Very casual and relaxed. There's little to no hierarchy, the egos are at a minimum - to the extent that they do exist they're endearing and easy to manage.

The interviewers are well organized
Interview was more focused on having me understand the culture and seeing if i fit the culture rather than grilling me over insignificant questions
Very conversational, felt like I got to know all of my peers. Looking back the interviews were representative of the people I wound up working with.
