Overall, our products are very, very good and competitive. However, we're not staffed to be able to keep up the quality of the product, and often the customer is frustrated with things we already know about, but can't do anything for because of lack of time/resources.
The day-to-day people you work with are brilliant, work hard, and are always willing to share their knowledge with you. It is an amazing feeling to always feel like the least knowledgable person in the room, yet know without a doubt everyone will help you learn, and happily!
It's not clear what the vision of the company is besides chasing the next dollar. There's no plan that allows consistent prioritization decisions and Sr. Leadership never says no - they always say "do more with less", but sometimes, it's just not possible. No vision = no priorities = overworked team
Healthcare is average at best. Bonuses and raises are not keeping up with COL. Recognition of the hard work & long hours that the teams put in is not recognized / rewarded. Company culture is basically non-existent since COVID and leadership seems to think wine and Yoga at random times will help?
