Frustrating, but mostly positive. Improvements have been made, and continue. It's hard to understand why people within the company don't talk to each other, or consult stakeholders, on company, development, and operational decisions.

I guess the EAP which has actually helped me and my family. It is tied with paid vacation, but I think the paid vacation is a more common benefit in most companies.

communication. we still haven't figured out how to make everyone work as a team. We have teams that work together, but don't understand what each other does. fly people around to get hands on, conduct overviews, meet and greets, cross-team anything. All stake holders should understand eachother.

We have a few people that are trying. Most people are not really involved in creating culture, but are participating on some level; But we have a few people that are really trying to move beyond that, create a positive work space, break down the isolation, and improve the overall environment.
