
It feels like many people are on the cusp of burn out. More communication/ contact with the ELT. Town Halls- the Business would need to understand that initial feedback may be unconstructive/ negative but facing it and providing feedback will better the situation.
I think it may be worth exploring giving staff one free day a quarter for mental health. We are often stretched, and morale is low. Whilst I can see and appreciate the lengths the business is going to with the relaxation courses it's often something I'm unable to fit into my day.
