I think the competitor in the domain are providing salaries which are about 20 to 25% above. The perks are also better some even pay the kid school fee. My feedback is based on the average on what is happening in the domain.
I am impressed with my manager Scott Lero. He will go above and beyond to take care of the team and individuals. He get the work done. 2nd person is Erik Carlson. I think he is pushing the sales team in the right direction which gives the employee a confidence.
