
We get to meet frequently and it helps us build a closer bond in/out of work.
I like that they're emotionally invested in the mission and do a good job to better understand how we connect to the mission as well.
Everyone seems to take a genuine interest in each other and makes an effort to get out of their comfort zone to continue to strengthen our bond as a company.
Seeing/hearing feedback directly from patients. It's easy to get lost behind a screen. When I'm reminded the real impact we're making in the hands of people who were targeting it makes me happy
I don't feel undervalued... the question was underpaid. My role asks that I wear many hats and I'm not paid equal as some roles are more demanding than others. Also comparatively to others in the same role.
