Overall, I have enjoyed my experience at Arcellx and I am looking forward to what the company can achieve. I work with a great team that motivates and challenges me. It is nice to have the 3-day weekends and monthly events to give us a break from our busy schedules.

I enjoy listening to all the updated during our quarterly meetings. It is nice to hear what different departments are working on, what has been accomplished and what goals we are trying to achieve.

My team is very collaborative when it comes to our work. We are always communicating with one other on what we are working on. Each of us have a different background so it nice to hear other people's perspective on the various ongoing projects.
