This has been the worst 3 years of my life. I would not recommend working for this company to my worst enemy.
Product and customer service, examine each office personnel
Metric and production driven, no empathy for patient true need, consistently made feel like your efforts are never enough, no work life balance, employees and pstients sre nothing but a number, expectation vs. reality so not align. If you have another option take it. This place will suck your soul.
