It was good at first but then management change from the top down and it progressively got worse.
Senior management has no vision for the future of the Company except lining their pockets and those of their yes people. . The CEO has poor leadership skills and zero people skills.
Everything, there seems to be a lot of faulty products and a service team that doesn't understand how to handle it.
