The supply centers bring in outsiders and pay them more than the employees that have been there for 10 plus years doing the same job making up 5 dollars per hour less then new hire.

The tenure of the employees help build work teams and relationships. Frequent turn overs make it difficult to learn someone.
my direct co-workers were all nice and we all worked as a team. I wanted there to be an investigation as to why I was fired because all my coworkers seemed happy at my production and when i would help them. I wanted someone to ask them WHY? why was I fired. I never acted inappropriate at any time
