What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and involvement with the teams
No micromanagement and open to suggestions
Demay was clueless and never brought any ideas to Alside

Really listen to the few employees with real relevant work experience and quit lying about what is really going on within the company

Learning our business and our customers. Spend time in the field and engage with field leadership to learn the challenges of the business and ideas to improve it.
The supply centers bring in outsiders and pay them more than the employees that have been there for 10 plus years doing the same job making up 5 dollars per hour less then new hire.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I receive it. Understanding it is a whole other story.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management does not truly care about what happens during the workday and continues to underpay the experienced employees and the is no real chance at pay raises or financial rewards.

Evaluated on topics that I gave no . There are no programs in place to encourage employees to grow their careers and overall knowledge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The tenure of the employees help build work teams and relationships. Frequent turn overs make it difficult to learn someone.
my direct co-workers were all nice and we all worked as a team. I wanted there to be an investigation as to why I was fired because all my coworkers seemed happy at my production and when i would help them. I wanted someone to ask them WHY? why was I fired. I never acted inappropriate at any time

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That it is diverse and as a team we have become adaptive to understanding different cultures and excited to work as a team
they don't push you to do more than you can
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Upper management needs to get out into the stores and see what is required

That I can help make a difference in the eyes of the customers that I have grown to know over the last 16 years. Also, being part of a good team that thrives in growth and success of the business

Senior management needs more engagement and the direction needs to come from the top down
Poor Quality, communication is non existent
It needs to be more of a team effort you get punished for being a good worker versus not being a good worker
