My time at Avionos has been amazing. As someone who was fresh out of college, it's pretty rare to get to run projects and own them just a few months after graduation. I've been able to do that and so much more from early on in my time here. The people and share enthusiasm are incredible.

The 401k match program. It's unheard of.

Waking up and knowing there will be challenges gets me excited to log on, but the thing that makes me most happy is knowing I get to work with some of the smartest and kindest people in the industry.
