B-Stock provides Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. Also included is a 401(k), FSA, Dependent Car, Commuter benefits, as well as an unlimited PTO policy.
Equity, vacation, health and pre-tax medical/commuting. That's it.

Everything is growing rapidly, both existing and new customers. Difficulty is finding enough good people.

Great culture overall, not a "rah rah this is your life now" kind of place, but still a fun environment.

Vocalizing specific big goals to the whole company would be an improvement. Otherwise, CEO is very approachable.

Depends on what's going on. You can skate by "only" working a normal week, but do to a great job you need to put in a lot of hours.
