What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They offer things like Calm to help with mental health. They also organize events to help bring the employees into the company culture.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Higher ups mindsets and communication. I've worked with countless CEOs and the best ones inspire, bring optimism but balance it with acceptance, and engage.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was really personable and seemed to really be excited to meet me.
The quality of the questions and the sincerity of the interviewer to get to know me.
