Great culture overall, not a "rah rah this is your life now" kind of place, but still a fun environment.

Vocalizing specific big goals to the whole company would be an improvement. Otherwise, CEO is very approachable.

Depends on what's going on. You can skate by "only" working a normal week, but do to a great job you need to put in a lot of hours.
