How's the leadership on the Business Development team at Auction?
Can only speak to the Ten-x commercial division and will sum it up with one word. Horrendous.
What's the vibe like in the Business Development dept at Auction? How many hours are you working?
Can only speak to the Ten-X Commercial division. All I can say is that it's a mess. Leadership has no clue. Stay away... far away.
Does Auction have any remote positions?
Yes, but it depends on what you mean by remote. We have a very flexible work environment in most teams where remote work is do-able, that offer lots of flexibility. We have two corporate headquarters and several "remote" sites like Austin, Plano, New York City and Miami. Some roles are remote by nature but most of the time the decision on what can be done "from home" is built over time when we are sure the role can be successfully accomplished and the person doing it can meet the outcomes required. Video conferencing is ubiquitous and as long as you are in person when you need to be, we have several examples of remote workers being very successful. Lastly, we have a large remote, part-time workforce that runs our onsite auctions.
