
You start at 15 vacation days per year (4.61 hours accrued per pay check if hourly or 5 hours if salary). Vacation and sick are combined in one so that you take time off when you need it (and don't have a ton of unused hours). You then get an extra day per year of working at BambooHR (the cap is currently 20 days). You also get your a day off for your birthday and 11 holidays off (including a floating holiday).
I love the vacation policy. The Paid-Paid benefit means I can do things I wouldn't have dreamed of at other jobs, and I've NEVER had an issue taking off time when I needed or wanted to.
