We are casual here and so showing up to an interview in jeans and a shirt is encouraged. The recruiter will usually mention this before an interview and if you are like me you will still show up in business casual (which is also fine) and realize you didn't need to. You will even see our CEO in a hat, t-shirt, jeans, and flip-flops on most days so we just want you to be comfortable and feel welcomed. No need to impress us with your looks but more importantly is coming showing your best self, how you aline with our values and the position description, and what contributions you can make to help grow this amazing place. Plus we do office tours and so climbing up and downstairs (there are elevators too) sometimes isn't the greatest in heels (unless you want to really rock those heels.
It's your life, wear whatever you want.
