
To be real with you, if your committed to working hard, being honest and humble in training and feedback, that's an awesome start. Also I definitely recommend being able to manage your time well, and being a personable person. Optimistic outlooks and problem solving skills will go a long way! I'm not a manager or anything but that definitely defines a good majority of the team :)
