They have moved from a collaberative culture to a "churn em and burn em" culture. Ruling by fear of losing your job on a daily basis. Project team and IT should be gutted and revamped.
Senior Leadership only focuses on themselves. It is not a collaborative environment. Turnover is very high, including Senior Leaders.
