Knowledge of the market. Unfortunately, the private group is full of dinosaurs, especially the Entertainment group.
Sincerely engage teams, come down from the ivory tower and be a apart of the company they run.
Everything has taken a 180 since the pandemic they d ont care.
The leadership team does not listen to their employees.
