stop believing that they are so much better than they truly are. stop being old fashioned and top down, have a vision for where this bank is going and not manage the bank to survive the quarter without thinking long term

Knowledge of the market. Unfortunately, the private group is full of dinosaurs, especially the Entertainment group.
Sincerely engage teams, come down from the ivory tower and be a apart of the company they run.

Bonus structure is very competitive

They mislead about the bonuses.
