The worst. The leadership is stealling deals from their team members.

Horrible management; incompetent people in private banking;

Senior Leadership only focuses on themselves. It is not a collaborative environment. Turnover is very high, including Senior Leaders.

They have moved from a collaberative culture to a "churn em and burn em" culture. Ruling by fear of losing your job on a daily basis. Project team and IT should be gutted and revamped.

Sincerely engage teams, come down from the ivory tower and be a apart of the company they run.

Too many meetings too much time wasted in meetings.

The need to bring true experts to run groups. People who are good and successful at it.

Stop and look at the quality people that have left or are leaving.
