Why would an employee stay when we don't receive bonuses or a raise?!
There is no team everyone is in cubicles so no interaction unless there's a meeting
Too much value on qc scores and not enough about other factors of good employees
The fact that they want perfect qc scores in less than a year. If you don't cut the mustard by then you're out.
