For the most part, they had our well-being in mind when making decisions. They were open an honest.

They are very innovative and welcoming for their employees' opinions. They embrace diversity and equal pay for women.
Current management is bad, culture at the company has gone down the drain

They need to retain their employees. Take covid protocol seriously. HR also needs to improve.
Everything - stop trying to reinvent what was already done well and acting like you are creating it new.
Focus efforts and resources on improving the tools needed for employees and clients to achieve objectives. Increase staffing. Improve training. Invest in technology. Stop robbing CX and sales in the name of operations and KYC.
Rewarding and retaining top talent. Creativity in business model.
Valuing their employees. They just want a 'body' and not an employee.
Start with the CEO and work it down from there.

Diversity and inclusion. Listen to employees and make the leadership team more diverse. Having only white women and no women of color, besides the CEO, in leadership does not constitute as diversity
