
Traction process is lame. Too many meetings with too many people...
Interview process is very slow...multiple interviews and the right people weren't necessarily available to conduct the interview.
People don't enjoy working here. The Tampa employees hate on the Denver employees and this is reinforced by leadership.
Leadership doesn't understand and are disconnected from the day to day activities of their employees. It's impossible to progress at Bayshore due to unreasonable demands on everyday employees.
