What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're right there in the weeds with us. They prioritize employee happiness and aren't afraid to change things up to make things better. 2020 was a weird year and leadership stepped up not just with remote working but checking in with us, understanding the stressors of remote working
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership doesn't understand and are disconnected from the day to day activities of their employees. It's impossible to progress at Bayshore due to unreasonable demands on everyday employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Reasonably priced health benefits and encouragement to healthy living

Traction process is lame. Too many meetings with too many people...

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership Awards are given to recognize any time someone goes above and beyond, even in a small way
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People don't enjoy working here. The Tampa employees hate on the Denver employees and this is reinforced by leadership.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process is very slow...multiple interviews and the right people weren't necessarily available to conduct the interview.
Very responsive, things moved quickly. Having the opportunity to meet/talk with HR, my line manager and the team

I like the variety in my day, never sure what will come in to my inbox. Learning new skills every week
