I believe that everyone on the leadership team is friendly, approachable, and down to earth. However, I feel that my particular department would benefit more from 'Hands On' Leaders instead of Desk Delegators.

While there are a few people that are very hard-working and dependable, the majority of them don't work. When there are only a few doing the work of many, this causes the the few select employees to feel frustrated, overburdened and undervalued. I feel this can be corrected with Involved Leadership.

Those that are in leadership roles do their best to maintain and promote a positive and safe work environment. I do appreciate their efforts. There is also a sense of camraderie with my co-workers, especially after a rough day, week or even month. There is so much potential for positive growth here.

Anything related to H.R. has been a rather tricky situation since I've joined Bluegreen about a year ago. It's being fixed. Maybe. Hopefully. I'm a hard-working employee, so I work late, I come in early and I feel very pressured to take on way too much of a burden for my current wage.

I enjoy taking on a challenge and being able to see it through. I enjoy the sense of accomplishment after a hard night's work. I enjoy the synergy of great teamwork as we accomplish our goals. I enjoy having all the tools and materials I need on hand and in proper order to get my work done.
