What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone helps each other, always willing to help
We call support each other and listen to each others ideas.
My supervisor directly. She cares. She helps us and is always responsive.
There energetic until lately there all bummed out about the management of these resort
The best thing about my team are my co-workers but, do not include any managers or some supervisors.
Close, basically family. Always eager to learn and do better never give up.
They have great communication, they are reliable, they enjoy coming in every day, and most importantly, they have fun.
We all get along at work

We can joke and harass each other but still get our jobs done in a quick and professional manner

Being able to communicate effectively
While there are a few people that are very hard-working and dependable, the majority of them don't work. When there are only a few doing the work of many, this causes the the few select employees to feel frustrated, overburdened and undervalued. I feel this can be corrected with Involved Leadership.
